Vincenzo Betulia, the award-winning and nationally recognized Chef-Partner of Naples' acclaimed restaurants Osteria Tulia and Bar Tulia, will open “The French,” Naples' first traditional French brasserie, this Fall. Trained in traditional French cuisine and having gained a transformative affinity and appreciation for French cuisine while working with renowned Chef Paul Bartolotta at the James Beard Award-winning restaurant, Lake Park Bistro in Wisconsin, Chef Vincenzo has long sought the opportunity to display his French cooking techniques at what he now describes to be the “perfect” location. Paying homage to authentic Parisian brasseries at the turn of the 19th Century, The French will transport guests to a sophisticated yet bustling atmosphere and feature a brasserie rustique menu inspired by timeless country and coastal French dishes.
