On the heels of Naples ranking highest in the country in well-being comes the annual Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute’s County Health Rankings, which place Southwest Florida among the healthiest areas in the state.

Collier County placed second behind St. John’s County. Lee County came in 11th, up one spot from last year. The rankings are based on myriad health data, including lifespan, obesity, access to quality care, insured rates, physical inactivity, pollution and more.
