A recent study from Northwestern University found that people exposed to bright light in the morning had a lower body mass index than those exposed to light later in the day. Researchers believe morning light may help synchronize the body's internal clock, increasing metabolism and biological efficiency. So set that alarm and face east. You'll practically feel your pants falling down.

This is a great article, nice read. I would just like to do a little shout out here, I used to be overweight and really struggled with losing weight until I came across a nice weight loss plan that a friend recommend to me.
