David Lawrence Center Young Executives hosted a Children’s Mental Health Awareness Week-themed “Friendraiser” in May generously hosted by Bayside Bar & Grill. This casual, “friendraising” event gave a handful of like-minded, fellow young professionals an opportunity to relax and unwind, meet new people and network with colleagues and friends – all while supporting the health and wellbeing of Collier County.
In honor of Children’s Mental Health Awareness Week, held annually during the first week of Mental Health Awareness Month, at the event the Young Executives kickstarted a campaign to raise $3,000 to build a beautiful and inviting, new brick-paved pathway at the entrance of the Children’s Serenity Garden on the David Lawrence Center main campus.
