La Colmar Bakery & Bistro held their First Annual Oktoberfest celebration the last weekend in October. Owners Ana and Yannick Brendel plan to make the event an annual celebration for their patrons and the community.
The bakery and bistro celebrated the diverse cultural history of Chef Yannick‘s home town, Colmar, France. The region incorporates elements from neighboring Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Guests enjoyed fare from the region and an Oktoberfest bottomless stein filled with local draft beer.
The special three course Bavarian dinner, a flaming dessert, entertainment provided by DJ Vega, and dancing made the event a night to remember.
