Just 15 minutes alone can be enough to make you feel better.
The next time you feel stressed, find a little time for yourself.
It doesn’t have to me much time, either. Taking a 15-minute break to be by yourself can make you noticeably more relaxed, according to a study in the Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin. And try putting your phone away, too. Becoming totally “deactivated” from other people or projects is what allows you to get more centered once again.
