As one of the top four small antiques shows in the United States, the Naples Antiques Show and Sale has a waiting list of antique dealers from all over the country, but room for only 28 to set up a display. Held each year at Trinity-by-the-Cove Episcopal Church on Galleon Drive in Port Royal, this four-day event of galas, parties, lunches and lectures is returning for its 22nd year. Last year, the event raised more than $165,000 for charities in Collier County, and over the past two decades it has raised more than $1.7 million. A gala preview party will open the event on Wednesday, March 12. On March 13 and14, Vermont writer Sheila Chefetz, author of Antiques for the Table and Modern Antiques for the Table, will discuss the art of setting a table with a blend of fine china, glass and silver. Colorful arrangements and beautiful flowers will adorn the church for the Liturgical Flower Festival on March 15. General admission is $15, with other events priced separately.
