The hush puppies are sort of an aside at Three Fishermen Seafood Restaurant in Fort Myers, a folksy little diner opened by three lifetime angling buddies. But don't take these puppies for granted. These little morsels of white cornmeal studded with scallion are a real catch. Moist within their golden crusts, they come with many entrées and are the epitome of Southern comfort food.
