Lobster rolls may be the new england equivalent of Southwest Florida's grouper sandwich-every seafood joint has 'em. Lobster rolls are hard to come by here, however, so it's worth the trek to Pine Island just to tuck into the Lobster Shack's marvelously overstuffed rendition. With just a touch of mayo to bind the succulent, sweet meat with a sprinkling of diced celery, there's little to get in the way of a sublime lobster experience.
