Pie in the Sky Staff
	Forget the hackneyed concept of banana cream pie as an overly sweet pudding-like filling mounded with whipped cream. Chef Harold Balink of Harold's on Bay in Fort Myers puts a modern spin on the dessert classic by roasting the fruit.
