Bricktop’s ahi salad begins with
gently seared sushi-grade tuna medallions drizzled with a mild Szechwan pepper sauce. Surrounding is a mound of crisp romaine, red leaf, radicchio and frisée greens. Slices of mango, avocado, Mandarin oranges, sliced red onion and grape tomatoes are added, topped with toasted sesame seeds. A deftly balanced balsamic vinaigrette dressing completes this lush and healthful salad.
