The Ultimate Crab Cake

A great Maryland-style crab cake can make a seafood lover weak in the knees. A generous portion of jumbo lump crabmeat is accented by a dash of Old Bay seasoning, lightly seared, and then drizzled with warm lemon-butter sauce.
