Ivan Seligman's passion for food and travel has encompassed being a busboy, waiter and, along with other cooks, creating gourmet meals for 24 people to benefit local charities. Whether fishing for wahoo, diving for lobster, sampling the South Beach Food and Wine Festival, eating durian in Malaysia, or cooking from 150-year-old cookbooks, he photographs and samples the freshest of foods, authentically prepared. All is fair game for his palate and this blog.
