The Naples Art Association will host a Connect the Dots workshop with featured speaker, painter Ignacio Alperin, on Tuesday, March 21 from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Hodges University in the White Community Room (Stock Building), located at 2655 Northbrooke Drive in Naples.
Based on Alperin's popular MBA lectures, this workshop will look at the issues of creativity and innovation in the workplace. While corporate environments tend to naturally force - for obvious reasons - the proven path, and more often than not, punish a novel approach as it is perceived risky. That leads to a constant loss of talent in organizations. And loss of talent is also the loss of an important investment for any organization. This workshop will demystify common beliefs about this subject, and give the participants a set of tools which will allow them to find the creative in them, and the leadership traits that will help them generate healthy and creative working environments.
Alperin is an Argentine-born contemporary painter and designer. He is best known today for being a growing and creative voice in Argentine contemporary art. In addition, Alperin is the first artist to become a MBA professor of creativity and innovation at the Pontifical Catholic University in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The Connect the Dots workshop is free-of-charge. To register, please visit www.NaplesArt.org, email firstname.lastname@example.org, or call 239.262.6517, ext. 100.
