Join us for a class featuring seafood selections that have been responsibly harvested or sustainably farm raised. These tasty seafood choices are not just healthy for you to eat but also beneficial to the Earth and her oceans. During class Chef Kristina will explain the best ways to select quality seafood at your local markets and answer questions about responsible seafood choices.  


Cost $65 per person includes a three course dinner and class.
