Agave Southwestern Grill & Tequila Bar is hosting a four-course tequila dinner featuring Herradura Tequila Wednesday, Aug. 21 at 6 p.m.
Executive Chef Juan De LaRosa designed the dinner to showcase Agave’s contemporary Southwestern menu: grilled prawn with summer salad of avocado and dragon fruit with avocado crema, paired with Herradura Blanco; adobo braised leg of rabbit with cheese enchilada and salsa verde, paired with Herradura Reposado; duck confit stuffed sopes with seared duck breast and Chile-orange glaze, paired with Herradura Anejo; and brown sugar roasted pineapple with puff pastry crisps and a tequila-honey glaze, paired with Agave’s private label Herradura Reposado.
The tequila dinner is priced at $50 per person (plus tax and gratuity). Space is limited and reservations are required at 239-598-3473.
