Seminole Casino Immokalee is hosting a Mardi Gras Party with free beads, live entertainment and hearty, Cajun-inspired dishes and drink specials. The 1st Street Deli’s Mardi Gras Chef Salad ($15) is made with fresh field greens and topped with fried shrimp, red onions, tomatoes, hard-boiled eggs, bell peppers, pepper jack cheese, cucumbers and remoulade ranch dressing. The EE-TO-LEET-KE Grill’s Seafood Etouffee ($15) is simmered with Creole vegetables in a spicy sauce over rice. The New Orleans-inspired Paradise Punch is $5 and is infused with Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, Myer’s Dark Rum, cranberry and orange juice with a splash of grenadine. |
