Tarpon Bay Restaurant announces Seafood Treasures, prix fixe dinner for two with a bottle of wine

Enjoy a four-course seafood dinner for two plus a bottle of wine for $70 per couple (plus tax and gratuity). Seafood Treasures is available now through October 4, 2014 with exceptions of July 4-6 and August 29-31, 2014. Tarpon Bay Restaurant is located at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa in Bonita Springs, FL.

Guests can enjoy live jazz at Tarpon Bay on Friday and Saturday evenings. Tarpon Bay Restaurant, located in Bonita Springs at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort, is open from 5:30pm to 10:00pm daily. Your dining experience begins with our house-made fresh ceviche followed by Tarpon Bay’s Summer Salad of mixed baby greens, grilled juicy pineapple, crunchy slivered almonds, carrot ribbons and a drizzle of creamy green peppercorn and lemon vinaigrette. For your entrée, enjoy Chef’s Fresh Catch prepared to your liking whether grilled, blackened or pan seared, complimented with a tropical fruit salsa, sautéed vegetables and lemongrass scented jasmine rice. Pair your fresh catch with a bottle of Canvas wine from our wine cellar. Select from a California Cabernet Sauvignon, California Chardonnay, Merlot, Pinot Grigio, or Pinot Noir. Your dining experience is completed with dessert, a seasonal summer fruit pie, a la mode.
