Southwest Florida Visitors' Guide: Entertainment

It is a common misconception that Southwest Florida is a quiet, sleepy area because it is a popular retirement destination. In reality, the very opposite is true. The Gulfshore is quite energized, with live entertainment available every night of the week and many performing arts events held throughout the season.

Catch a bite at the famous Snook Inn on Marco Island, where local bands perform daily, or head to Noodles Italian Cafe & Sushi Bar in Naples to dance the night away to Latin hits. Looking for a laugh instead? Grab tickets for stand-up shows by popular touring comedians at Off The Hook Comedy Club in Naples or Laugh-In Comedy Café in Fort Myers.

If you’re in the mood for a more glamorous evening, reserve seats to a world-class Classic Chamber Concerts show at the Sugden Community Theatre in Naples, or attend a musical at the Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre in Fort Myers. The wide array of events available presents entertainment opportunities for all.
