Mediterranean Meets the Gulf

Chef Gino Sciallis brings the fresh tastes of italy’s ligurian Mediterranean seafood to Naples. His zuppa di pesce is a generous serving of tender littleneck clams, Prince Edward Island mussels, shrimp, calamari and fish, served with a bouillabaisse-style tomato broth, pasta and crisp crostini.
