“Turf Ate My Surf” is Chef Corry Blanton’s whimsically named marriage of land and sea. Two large U10 Gulf shrimp are stuffed with crabmeat, then wrapped with Certified Angus filet mignon. A further rich layer of apple- wood-smoked bacon follows. The whole bit is seared, then anointed with passion fruit and bourbon glaze.
