Celebrate USS Nemo’s 10th anniversary with the restaurant’s signature miso-broiled fresh Chilean sea bass for $29. Chef/owner Nicholas Mercier glazes the bass with a mirin-ginger-maple syrup sauce, then broils it to tender, caramelized perfection.
