Not your ordinary toolbox We fell for this handbag’s red-hot hue and structure, which reminded us of an old-fashioned doctor’s bag. Hermès calls this modestly sized purse “The Toolbox.” The moniker is fitting because this handbag is functional: It’s just big enough to carry the essentials and a few more items. (If you need a little more room, a larger size is available.) A wide, comfortable strap allows you to sling the handbag over your shoulder. The Toolbox comes in swift calfskin, evergrain calfskin or soft Niloticus crocodile. Starts at $6,050 (smaller), $6,800 (larger). Hermès in Waterside Shops, Naples. (239) 592-9227.

A well-heeled pooch
A woman’s best friend will look just as dazzling as her human with a custom-made collar and leash. These sets showcase Swarovski crystal clusters on leather or suede. The varied stones—amethyst, black diamond, clear crystal, peridot, rose, ruby and topaz—must be set against the appropriate color leather or suede. Leather hues include aqua, black, bubble gum, cotton candy, lilac and lime lizard grain. Suede comes in bone, khaki, mustard, periwinkle blue, sand and red. Sizes: three-eighths of an inch to one-and-a quarter inches. Sets, $120 to $240. Bark Avenue, Fort Myers. (239) 437-2275.

Add style to your living room If you’re adding a touch of style to your table, why not carry that momentum into another room? Robb & Stucky’s Milano two-piece sectional is casual but chic enough to make a living room warm and inviting. The maple frame is sturdy, and the comfort-down cushions are sinfully luxurious. The fabric is a polyester-acrylic blend. $6,999, Robb & Stucky Interiors, Naples, (239) 261-3969; Bonita Springs, (239) 949-3001; Fort Myers, (239) 936-8541.
