TRY IT!

Azn azian cuizine brings a simple asian elegance and artfully served delights to Naples’ Mercato. Nothing exemplifies AZN’s style better than its Fuji caramel apple dessert ($8.50). The large apple is dipped whole into hot caramel, cooled and then dipped into warm chocolate, accented with swirls of white chocolate. It is then rolled in crushed nuts and chilled. It is deftly sliced table-side, yielding a lusciously gooey rim around the apple’s sweet crispness. It’s ample enough for three to enjoy. 9118 Strada Place, Naples. 593-8818.
