Parting Shot

Mila Bridger Photogrpahs Jim Freeman

Photographer Mila Bridger always wanted to shoot a portrait of her friend and fellow photographer Jim Freeman. But Freeman always felt more comfortable behind the lens than in front of it. Bridger came up with an idea that changed his mind. She had always admired the vibrant skies in Freeman’s photos that looked as if they were painted in. So she had Freeman pose as if he was literally applying paint to nature’s canvas off the coast of Cape Romano. milabridger.com.
