What’s something people would be surprised to know about you? I am not scared of heights or afraid to fly, but I have never been on a rollercoaster and never will.

Celebrity crush? Olivia Wilde or Amber Heard

 

Most harrowing experience? Having my heart broken. … But it was good for me now that I look back on it.

Three words to describe yourself: Fun, loyal, hardworking

What do you do in your free time? I enjoy traveling, working out, golfing, going to the movies, and hanging with my friends and family.

What makes a relationship successful? I am still trying to figure it out, but I would say trust and respect. … It should just be easy.

Perfect first date? I don’t think it matters where you are or what you’re doing as long as it’s filled with open conversation and lots of laughs.

Hottest thing a woman can wear? Anything Lululemon

Your personal motto? Don’t tell me, show me!

Set schedule or free spirit? Set schedule. In real estate, time kills all deals.

Are you a morning person? Yes, I am up early every day.

Dating rule you wish women abided by? Proper manners when they are out with me and/or my family and friends

What do you notice first about a woman? I take in the whole package, but focus in on the smile and eyes.

Three words to describe yourself: Christian, driven, loyal

What do you do in your free time? Work out, read, paddleboard, spend time at the beach, anything physical

Speak any other languages? No. Three years of Spanish and I forgot it all!

Your personal motto? Romans 8:28 is the foundation I live on. It takes all worry away from life.

Any tattoos or piercings? My back is covered with a mural that is religious and faith based.

Call or text? Call. There can be too much reading between the lines on texting.

How will a woman know you’re interested? She will know because I will tell her. I’m not a game person at all.

Guilty pleasure? I like to reward myself on occasion with a big burger, fries and a beer.

Where do you see yourself in five years? Being an active leader in my profession and raising a wonderful family as a dad and husband.

Favorite vacation spot? For adventure: Ecuador in South America. For fun: Germany. I love their lifestyle—especially Berlin mode.

Any pets? Yes, a beautiful 14-yearold mix dog named Spot. He is Colombian as well.

Favorite hangout? The NCH Wellness Center gym. I’m there every day.

Best thing you’ve learned from someone? To listen, not to judge and to be thankful for every experience in life

What makes a relationship successful? Communication, tolerance and respect

What’s something people would be surprised to know about you? I’m a cross between Usher and Timberlake on the dance floor. My childhood friends will attest to that.

Any pets? Yes! Charlie, 15-yearold chocolate lab to whom my book is dedicated to—the ultimate wingman

What do you notice first about a woman? Presence. And, of course, a certain level of aesthetics.

Three words to describe yourself: Intense, motivated, real

What makes a relationship successful? Patience, communication, empathy and, of course, chemistry. Chemistry is very important.

One thing you absolutely must accomplish in your lifetime? I want to be the Papa John’s of paleo-based clean and healthy meal-plan delivery.

Hottest thing a woman can wear? I’m a sucker for the little black dress, and a woman’s ability to pull off the jeans, flips, tee, baseball cap as well.

Your personal motto? Do what you can with what you have. Don’t worry about what you don’t have or can’t do. Miraculous things happen from humble beginnings. That’s what makes them miraculous.

How will a woman know you’re interested? Ha. I wrote a book teaching guys how to get out of their own way and say “hello” versus standing there, doing nothing, and trying to act cool. She will know. I’m not afraid to say hello.

What makes a relationship successful? Honesty is point one. If you don’t have that, you might as well give up. Also, spontaneity, holding hands, just being there…
