OFFICIAL RULES FOR “BEST OF THE GULFSHORE 2009” DRAWING

Entries must be submitted on the official entry ballot printed in Gulfshore Life magazine, or the Official Best of the Gulfshore 2009 Online Ballot.  Original ballots are also available at the office of Gulfshore Life, 9051 Tamiami Trail North, Suite 202, Naples, Florida 34108.  Limit one per person.  No purchase required.  Only original ballots will be accepted.  No photocopies.  To be eligible for the drawing, each ballot must contain nominations in at least 30 categories in the “Best of the Gulfshore 2009” contest.  All entries must be postmarked by January 31, 2009.  Hand-delivered entries must be received by February 2, 2009.  Gulfshore Life will not be responsible for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated or otherwise undeliverable mail.  All entries become the property of Gulfshore Life magazine.  The winning entries will be drawn by a representative of Gulfshore Life on or before February 13, 2009.  No employees of Gulfshore Life, CurtCo Media or their families are eligible for this drawing.  Eight winners will be selected.  The winners will receive one of the above-mentioned prizes, compliments of CurtCo Media.  Winner must be 21 years of age or older.  Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.  Other limitations may apply.  Winner will be notified by telephone, e-mail and/or certified mail by February 20, 2009.  Winners will have seven days from the date of the drawing to reply and claim prize or an alternate winner will be selected.  Prizes guaranteed to be awarded.  The winners will be required to execute a declaration of eligibility that releases CurtCo Media of all liability in connection with winning.  Void where prohibited by law.  All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.  Judges’ decision is final.
