\n Public welcome to community open house Saturday a t Hampton Park.
\n\n WCI Communities invites members of the public to a community open house and model tours at Hampton Park Saturday \, Feb. 9 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
\n\n The free event will feature lu nchtime food and refreshments\, live musical entertainment and kids&rsquo\ ; activities and tours of new designer-furnished homes.
\n\n Two Gra nd Villas and two Classic Series single-family homes by WCI Communities wi ll be open for viewing at the model park: Agostino\, Correggio\, Gardenia II and San Remo\, respectively.
\n\n WCI recently introduced two cul -de-sac neighborhoods at Hampton Park and nine single-family Classic Serie s and Grand Villa floor plans. Hampton Park offers six Grand Villa floor p lans featuring two to five bedrooms\, 1\,756 to 3\,377 square feet of livi ng space and one- and two-story designs. Its three Classic Series single-f amily homes have three bedrooms\, dens and great rooms within 2\,434 to 2\ ,725 square feet of air-conditioned living area. New homes are priced from the low $200\,000s.
