\n Hope Parkinson Program will feature three experts on Park inson&rsquo\;s disease at its 2013 Annual Parkinson Symposium on Friday\, March 15. The event will take place from 9 a.m. to noon at Grace Community Center\, located at 4151 Hancock Bridge Parkway in North Fort Myers.
\n Dr. J. Eric Ahlskog\, a Mayo Clinic physician specializing in Parkin son&rsquo\;s disease\, will present &ldquo\;Parkinson&rsquo\;s Disease: Th e Big Picture.&rdquo\;
\n\n Dr. Saman Javedan\, an authority on deep brain stimulation for Parkinson&rsquo\;s treatment in the department of n eurology at Lee Memorial Health System\, will discuss &ldquo\;Surgical Opt ions for Patients with Parkinson&rsquo\;s Disease.&rdquo\;
\n\n Dr. Amanda Avila\, movement disorder specialist and medical director of the Ho pe Parkinson Program\, will share &ldquo\;Tips &\; Tricks for Managing Parkinson&rsquo\;s Disease.&rdquo\;
\n\n A question-and-answer perio d will follow the lectures\, and the $20 registration fee will cover a con tinental breakfast for attendees.
