\n\n New Horizons of SW FL (www.mysuperkidsclub.org) was founded in 2002 to help meet the academic and life skill needs of at-risk youth in our com munity. \; It serves more than 260 youth weekly from grades K-12 with after-school tutoring and mentoring through the Super Kids Club and Super Teens Club programs. \; These programs are offered at no cost to the s tudents&rsquo\; families. \; Each year\, these programs provide more t han 40\,000 hours of remedial education and homework assistance. \;No w in its 12th years\, New Horizons see the results of long-term engagement in the lives of its students\; graduation from high school. \; At thi s time New Horizons\, operates four Super Kids Clubs for elementary aged s tudents and two Super Teens Clubs for middle and high school students.
\n This annual luncheon is a major fundraiser for New Horizons to provi de ongoing operating support. \; The teens enrolled in the Super Teens Club program will serve as the luncheon emcees. \; Super teens gradua ting from high school will be honored and recipients of the Take Stock in Children four year college scholarships will be recognized.
