His bacon-wrapped dates elevate this succulent  appetizer into a “must-have” dish, served in a stylish yet homey setting. Jumbo Turkish dates are wrapped with aromatic smoked bacon, pan sautéed until crisp, then topped with fresh picked micro-basil and spiced warm walnuts. This treat’s rich tastes and varied textures are heightened by  pairing with brûléed goat cheese and a  drizzle of balsamic vinegar reduction.
