This winter more than others, we Floridians have enjoyed monitoring the social media feeds of our Northern friends. With polar vortexes creating 20-year lows, we’ve just taken up a comfortable spot on the beach and smiled. Well, now we can talk about experiencing a cold snap, too. Bonefish Grill partnered with James Beard-recognized mixologist Charlotte Voisey to create the Cold Snap Cosmo, which will send you shivering with delight. Voisey’s concoction—small-batch Icelandic vodka, blood orange liqueur, simple syrup and blood orange juice—is served in a glass made entirely of ice. It’s so cold they serve it with a mitten.
