In Collier County during that time period, four of the five top sales are within the prestigious Port Royal neighborhood. The top home price was $17.127 million for the home at 1100 Spyglass Lane in Port Royal. In Lee County, a $6.6 million waterfront estate on the island of Boca Grande was the county’s leading home sale. Built in 1998, this house is 6,938 square feet with four bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms.
