If you’re going to run, you may as well be splattered with powdered paint in the process. (Wait, what?) The trend of the “color run” continues here Saturday with the 2-mile Color Collier Healthy Run, where stations set up throughout North Collier Regional Park will fire biodegradable clouds of color as you pass at your own pace. New to this year’s experience is a DJ to keep up the party feel. And if the getting dirty part makes running even less appealing, keep in mind it benefits a good cause: the NCH Safe & Healthy Children's Coalition of Collier County.
