At-home entertainers or craft beer connoisseurs will love the limited-edition leaf bottle opener ($15) or lotus root coasters ($35) forged by Naples-reared iron lady Carley Eisenberg, a blacksmith and recent past contestant on HGTV’s Ellen’s Design Challenge. Ready for furniture-world domination, the Community School grad has lent her skills to her alma mater’s Savor the Flavor fundraiser this upcoming Saturday, designing trivets for the 20 participating chefs, and launched a Kickstarter campaign that will run from now until June 1 to raise money for equipment to grow her Iron Mountain Forge line. The bottle opener and coasters are slated to be sent as “rewards” for pledging those amounts of support. For immediately available brewski poppers or other tabletop items—or tables themselves!—as the Kickstarter gifts won’t ship until after June 1, check out Eisenberg’s online Etsy shop.
