Design Trends: Leather and Lace

Dining and accent chairs that will leave you feeling regal

BY August 3, 2015

The grace of lacing provides the finishing touches for several new introductions by leather manufacturer Hancock & Moore. Four laces—explorer, Jennifer, virtual and Williams—are created through a meticulous hand-lacing process and shown on dining/accent chairs, sofas and armchairs. Explorer lace embellishes the seat back of the cream-leather Anna chair (shown below), $2,760, and is complemented by a decorative gimp trim secured by nail heads. The Treaty chair (above), $3,360, boasts classic open-side Fauteuil design and features V-shaped virtual lacing matching its custard leather. Gold-leaf painted accents and carved detailing make the Treaty a chair fit for heads of state and your dining room.

Available at Robb & Stucky, Naples or Fort Myers.
