Author of The Blue Zones Dan Buettner will be coming to town to help lead the charge to make Southwest Florida healthier.
Buettner will be appearing at the Experience Blue Zones Project celebration Saturday, Nov. 14, from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at North Collier Regional Park. (RSVP here.) The idea behind his book inspired the campaign, which seeks a community-wide approach to healthy living. Locally, everyone from chefs to principals have signed on to change the way we think about eating, exercising and living a better life.
