In Musical Perspectives on Culture: A Silkroad Collaboration, he’s bringing his equally world-class friends: British classical pianist Kathryn Stott, Brazilian guitarist brothers Sérgio and Odair Assad, Russian-born violinist Johnny Gandelsman, Chinese vocalist Wu Tong and Indian tabla player Sandeep Das.
