Food & Thought Hosting Second Annual Summit

BY March 30, 2016

Nowadays more than ever, we’re trying to be cautious about what we put in our bodies. From paleo meal deliveries to cool new cafes sprouting up (witness the insane popularity of The Bowl that just opened), there’s a wealth of resources. Adding to it is the second annual Health Freedom Summit hosted by Food & Thought. For just $20, you get access to a slate of events April 1-3, including an opening talk, “Global Agriculture and Your Brain,” by neurologist Dr. David Perlmutter (a New York Times bestselling author and fixture on The Dr. Oz Show)—plus workshops from other leading nutritional experts and a party Saturday night with food from Sage Events. Even better, all proceeds from ticket sales will go to the Florida Organic Growers Association and a scholarship for organic horticulture at University of Florida in honor of the late Frank Oakes, Food & Thought’s founder.
