Preferred Travel of Naples hosted Travel Treasures of the World, a fun and informative travel showcase on February 6, 2017 at the Bonita Bay Club.
Guests were greeted at the door by costumed sultans and genies before entering the showcase which included music and themed hors d’oeuvres from countries such as Italy, Spain, France, India, and South America. The entire Preferred Travel staff dressed in colorful Indian attire to set the mood for the travel event.
Travel partners included Crystal Cruises, Silversea, Regent, Holland America, Seabourn, Cunard, Princess, Rocky Mountaineer, Royal Caribbean, Viking Cruises, Tauck Tours, Alexander & Roberts, and Micato to name a few. They all offered a wide array of travel information and exclusive savings for the event.
As with every event presented by Preferred Travel of Naples, the proceeds benefit local charities; Friends of Foster Children Forever (FFCF) and the West Bay Community Charitable Foundation were the chosen charities and beneficiaries for this event. With 135 guests in attendance, $3,145 was raised for FFCF and $2,935 for West Bay Foundation totaling $6,080 for the local charities.
