You can’t deny the excitement that comes with sitting in on a world premiere. If it’s a huge hit, you’ll be the first to know. Gulfshore Playhouse’s Miss Keller Has No Second Book is likely to fall into that category, what with comedy, poignancy, an award-winning LA writer and some of the theater’s favorite actresses all rolled up into one production. Deb Hiett’s play stars a reclusive author who, 50 years after publishing her only book, receives a series of unwanted visits following a life-altering event. She must face her dreaded change, and she must answer for herself the question, “What does an artist owe the world?” Find out March 31 through April 15.
