Submit your cultural organization free to Gulfshore Life’s SWFL Guide to the Arts by Aug. 9
Below is the necessary form to fill out so your cultural organization can appear in the editorial listings of Gulfshore Life’s comprehensive Southwest Florida Guide to the Arts. The deadline for submission is Friday, Aug. 9, 2019. It’s completely free.
While you might have submitted in previous years, we still need you to submit your information again. Please adhere to the word count of 30 words maximum for your organization description, and please pay close attention to the formatting of calendar events. (However: Please still submit your organization information for the directory even if you have no events confirmed for the calendar.) We only consider events that fall between Nov. 1, 2019, and Oct. 31, 2020. Due to space constraints they must be formatted individually as follows: event date event title at event location. Event phone. Website.
Here’s an example:
Nov. 5-Jan. 3 Springtime flowers exhibit at Estero Art Hall. (555) 555-5555. esteroarthall.com
You may attach the event portion of your submission in a Word document if it does not fit within the allotted field on the form. Events are subject to inclusion based on space. To help us provide the most comprehensive resource, please still submit your organization information even if you do not have—or wish to share—your calendar of events. Please feel free to submit professional-quality images associated with your organization or any of the events on your schedule. You’ll find a place to attach them on the form.
