Enjoy a signature ‘Charity Cocktail’ this month and drink up knowing that each glass is supporting longer, healthier lives. Throughout the month of February, Aielli Group restaurants Barbatella, Grappino, Sea Salt and Dorona will each be offering a special cocktail and will donate parts of the proceeds to the American Heart Association for every cocktail sold.
The featured cocktails are:
Sea Salt: “The Heartbeat Old Fashioned”
mixed with High West American Prairie Bourbon, Penfolds Grandfather’s Rare Old Tawny Port, Marashino cherry, Orange Zest & Sage.
Barbatella: “White Chocolate Raspberry Martini”
mixed with Stoli Raspberry, Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur, Chambord with a chocolate Syrup garnished Martini Glass.
Grappino: “Il Cuore” (see picture above) –
mixed with Malfy Grapefruit Gin, Campari, Wild Sardinai Mirto, Splash of Hibiscus Syrup & Splash of Port Wine.
Dorona: “Coupe De Cana”
mixed with Flor de Cana 4 Rum, Raspberry Puree, Fresh Lime & Coconut Water.
