Kava Culture Kava Bar Launches in North Naples

BY September 16, 2020

The soft opening week began Sunday for Kava Culture Kava Bar in The Pavilion shopping center in North Naples. This is Kava’s sixth regional location, but the first in Collier County for a bar with a menu of euphoric kava, energizing kratom elixirs, kombucha tea and other plant-based beverages. All drinks are buy-one-get-one this week. For now, the venue will be open 10 a.m. to 1 a.m. but Kava Bar Naples eventually will provide a late-latenight scene in the Naples area because it will be open nearly around the clock: 7 a.m. to 4 a.m. “This is so different from anything people are accustomed to, especially in Naples,” says Jacqueline Rusher, who co-owns the business with her sister, Caroline. The new Naples location will host live music, live art demonstrations and specials such as “Hospitality Happy Hour” and “Tuesday Night Talks,” where artists, entrepreneurs and others are encouraged to share ideas and services.  The exterior sign isn’t up yet but the new location is at 8925 Tamiami Trail N., Suite 60, where the two legs of the retail center meet at the northwest corner of U.S. 41 and Vanderbilt Beach Road.
