Hats in Our Gardens

BY October 30, 2020
While we won’t get to see the traditional parade of hats, fascinators and chapeaus in person this year, the ladies of Naples Botanical Garden’s Sustaining Leadership Council have transformed the long-established Hats in the Garden into a virtual experience. #HatsInOurGardens will be streamed on Wednesday, November 11 with a celebration of Garden supporters and their fashionable toppers, as well as a style show from Marissa Collections. All proceeds from this year’s event will support the Garden and the expansion of their community access programs.

In the time leading up to the virtual fête, Garden friends are encouraged to socially share their own “Hats” inspired photo as part of the “Best of Hats” contest, with winners to be announced during the streamed event. Additionally, chefs Fabrizio Aielli and Jason Goddard, of Sea Salt, have partnered with the Garden’s chef Jack Raben to create a garden-inspired meal that Hats supporters are able to enjoy either in-home with a pick-up option or at the restaurant on the day of the event for a watch party. For additional information on #HatsInOurGardens and how to participate, view the video below or visit the Garden’s website.
