Jim Pepper and his family have more or less carved out a local monopoly, attracting conscientious carnivores who will drive half an hour or more for their prized cuts of meat, from domestic lamb to heritage cattle to exotic game.

If you’re among the throng of far-flung fans, you may not have to go the distance any longer to get your fix.

First came Jimmy P’s Charred (one of Gulfshore Life’s Best New Restaurants in 2016) right beside the original Jimmy P’s Butcher Shop & Deli on 41, then came the fast-casual Jimmy P’s Burgers & More in North Naples, and now the northern tract of Bonita Springs has Jimmy P’s Butcher Shop & Café.

The new set-up is kind of a cross between two of their properties—the original shop and the Burgers & More outpost. There’s an ample selection of take-home treasures, in addition to a full café and deli menu that has many tried and true specialties, like the smoked beef brisket sandwich and the “Hangover Burger” with house-made pastrami and a fried egg.

Need another reason to get fired up? The Bonita spot also features all-day brunch (hello, steak and eggs!).
