Habitat NextGen young professionals group had a social and information session this past Saturday (July 21) at RipTide Brewing Company. Attendees received a free Habitat pint glass in honor of RipTide’s specially brewed beer, NailedIt: NextGen, a cherry lime blonde ale. RipTide generously donated a dollar from every pint of Nailed It: NextGen purchased to help raise funds for the organization. Attendees also had the opportunity to hear from a young professional who grew up in a Habitat home, Miche Andre. He shared his experience and how growing up in a safe and stable home made such a difference for his family.
