North Naples Green Market is on the move

BY August 22, 2012

North Naples Green Market has moved from the Shoppes at Vanderbilt to Our Saviour Lutheran Church’s grounds just South of Sam’s Club, offering outdoor produce and also delicious shopping in air-conditioned comfort.

This is the spot to get fresh produce direct form the farmers. Inside, make a beeline to Jacquie’s Jamming preserves and jams for mango chutney or heat it up with jalapeno pepper jelly. I like the rich pies from Funny Cake Bakery, The best mac ’n’ cheeses are offered by Naples own Madame Mac. Sample the original, lump crab or the veggie mac. Greekelicious features baklava, dolmades, souvlaki and more. Captain’s Choice Seafood is truly locally caught fish; take home some snowy grouper, swordfish or red snapper.

Old Times German Bakery has fresh-baked breads and cakes. Get some Cupcakes in Paradise for dessert.  Many folks buy the next week’s groceries in this one-stop setting every Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.  Our Savior Lutheran Church, 1955 Curling Avenue, Naples
