The 25^th annual Southwest Florida Blue Chip Community Business Award, coordinated and sponsored by McGriff Insurance Services, will take place on Wednesday, Nov. 6 at Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa (5001 Coconut Rd., Bonita Springs). The annual Blue Chip Award program recognizes successful, small business owners who have overcome adversity to achieve success. Qualified for-profit companies with their principal office located in Charlotte, Collier, or Lee County, which have been in continuous operation for at least three years under the same ownership, which have five to 400 payroll employees, and which have overcome adversity to achieve success are eligible for the Blue Chip Award. Applications are reviewed by an independent panel judges who select the winning entry.
