Cape Coral's Golden Anniversary begins with the Jubilee Celebration on January 24, 2020 at the Cape Coral Yacht Club from 6 to 10 p.m., hosted by the Cape Coral Historical Society and Museum. This "Evening of Appreciation" honors the City's past leaders, residents and City staff who created and continue to strengthen Cape Coral. Highlights include a historical display, a Waltzing Waters – Liquid Fireworks special program, an ice sculpture, a short film and much more. This fundraiser for the Museum is a ticketed event with valet parking. Tickets are $50.00 each and include valet parking, a buffet and hors d'oeuvres, dessert, a champagne toast, iced tea and water, and one drink ticket for the bar. The bar will be serving wine, beer, and a 70's type cocktail and will accept cash and credit cards. The dress code for this event is business attire.
